Courses & Programmes

Courses and programmes with LifeFlow Wellbeing focus on shifting energy through movement and body awareness, and building somatic knowing which is awareness ‘of’ and ‘through’ the body. These offers help you rediscover or deepen your feelings of joy, aliveness and a renewed sense of purpose.

About Our Courses & Programmes

When we bring to life our intentions through movement, we begin to respond differently to life’s offerings. There’s nothing magical about it and it’s not rocket science! Movement shifts energy and creates change, and when we change how we do things, we feel and move differently.

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
Carl Jung

Noticing which parts of our body are flexible and extend easily as we move, or where there is tightness, resistance or little willingness to open out can tell us a great deal about what we are open to and shying away from in our everyday life. Equally, we can identify where we might be overstretching ourselves or lacking in trust.

Moving the body brings endless opportunities to process our emotional experiences and release any feelings of being stuck, by connecting with the flow of energy through the body. When we move with an awareness of what we want to manifest in our life, we begin to embody our passions, purpose and greatest hopes, bringing them to life.

We open to possibility, both in our body and in life, through movement and as a practitioner I believe that you already carry within you the impetus and intuition to reconnect with a sense of wholeness and aliveness. There is nothing to ‘fix’ in you and this is not another thing for a ‘to-do’ list. Our focus is on using the body as a compass to direct you towards that inner wisdom. Together we create space for you to realign with your authentic truth and reignite your spark, so that you can start living fully and more simply.

LifeFlow Wellbeing’s courses and programmes will help you connect the pieces of your life puzzle together to create action that most resonates with your authentic self.

With practice, your body in its infinite wisdom will seek ways to shift energy, rebalance and open up to the potential within. The beauty of this approach is that the body wisdom you gain can be carried into your life beyond any programme, as you learn how to use your own body as a guide and mentor in your own journey into full aliveness.

We will not be learning how to ‘do more’ but how to feel more free by doing less, but in an aligned way and by dropping into the flow of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Deep Rest Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and encourage a meditative state of rest.
This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It is especially beneficial for people dealing with stress, fatigue, or anyone needing gentle restorative movement.
Unlike dynamic practices such as Vinyasa or Power Yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, long-held postures, and deep relaxation rather than flow, strength, or fast movement.
You can expect reduced stress, improved flexibility, better sleep, and a sense of deep calm and renewal both physically and mentally.
A yoga mat, blanket, and props such as bolsters or cushions are recommended for comfort and support during long-held poses, but you can also adapt with items available at home.
