Workshops & Events

Workshops and events are a way to deepen your connection to both the movement and to yourself, taking you on a journey of exploration.
Workshops take on a variety of themes such as musical genres, seasonal shifts or enhancing body wisdom, whilst outdoor events connect you more readily to the land and the elements.

About Our Workshops & Events

At our studio, every service is designed to nurture your body, soothe your mind, and uplift your spirit. Whether you seek deep physical healing, emotional balance, or simply a moment of quiet peace, you’ll find a space here to reconnect with yourself. Our carefully curated massages, facials, energy therapies, and holistic rituals are crafted to meet you exactly where you are on your wellness journey.

We blend skilled techniques with natural elements like essential oils, warm stones, and mindful touch to create an experience that goes far beyond relaxation. Each treatment is a personalized invitation to release tension, restore balance, and renew your inner glow.

We honor the importance of slow moments, intentional care, and the healing power of touch. No matter which path you choose — whether a gentle massage, a detoxifying ritual, or a soulful energy reset — you will leave feeling lighter, centered, and beautifully restored.

This is your time to pause, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.

"The workshop ticked all the boxes for me – full body movement, gentle on the joints, with the flexibility to work at my own level. I was looking for a new way to challenge my body and this is it! Amanda is a welcoming host and a patient and enthusiastic teacher, who will support you to enjoy each session. I’ve also attended a virtual class and was pleased to receive the same benefits – all over workout whilst enjoying every music track. The time flies by!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Deep Rest Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and encourage a meditative state of rest.
This practice is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It is especially beneficial for people dealing with stress, fatigue, or anyone needing gentle restorative movement.
Unlike dynamic practices such as Vinyasa or Power Yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, long-held postures, and deep relaxation rather than flow, strength, or fast movement.
You can expect reduced stress, improved flexibility, better sleep, and a sense of deep calm and renewal both physically and mentally.
A yoga mat, blanket, and props such as bolsters or cushions are recommended for comfort and support during long-held poses, but you can also adapt with items available at home.
